All those questions you have: How do I recruit and retain techs… How do I generate more phone calls… How do I capture more sales in the fall and spring… **Someone has figured them all out!** Each HVAC business is unique and faces it’s own challenges, but it’s almost guaranteed that the problem you have with your business has been solved by someone else. Which means the only thing you really need to do… **Is find the person with the solution!** So where do you look to find that person? One great place might be the most successful HVAC businesses around. Today I’m thrilled to share with you an interview with Josh Kelly from Clover Marketing. **Josh is known throughout the industry for helping grow Parker & Sons from a $6million business to more than $120million in 15 years!** Interestingly, a big part of Parker & Sons’ success came from studying successful dealers across the country and following their lead. As one famous business coach says, “success leaves clues”. Josh and his family searched for those clues. They found them. And they took action! In this interview we talk about: - Recruiting the best talent - How to compensate your techs - How to approach local marketing - Why post-COVID presents a unique opportunity If you’re interested in learning more about Josh and his Jam Sessions click here: [https://bit.ly/hvac-jam](https://www.youtube.com/redirect?v=kQaLzLc7sNw&event=video_description&redir_token=mGib7jwGy2cpP7JUBHlPdJF5jeF8MTU5MzAxMzkwMkAxNTkyOTI3NTAy&q=https%3A%2F%2Fbit.ly%2Fhvac-jam)   ##### Spread the word - [Share this blog post on Twitter](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=I+found+this+interesting+blog+post&url=https://pmnow.biz/blog/marketing-secrets-from-a-120million-hvac-business) - [Share this blog post on Facebook](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https://pmnow.biz/blog/marketing-secrets-from-a-120million-hvac-business) - [Share this blog post on LinkedIn](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://pmnow.biz/blog/marketing-secrets-from-a-120million-hvac-business) ##### [Michael](https://pmnow.biz/blog/author/michael) #### Ready to grow your Home Service business?
