Since 2020, we’ve done one thing: get the phone ringing for home services businesses (plumbers, HVAC contractors, and electricians) across the United States. Our services: Local SEO, Website Development, Google Ads, and Social Media Management. We’re not a generalist agency. Our clients look remarkably alike: same services, same buyer urgency, different cities. That focus is our advantage, because what we learn on one account we can apply to ninety-nine others. ## The Role You’ll be the main point of contact for a group of home services clients. You’ll own each relationship, make sure our work delivers results, and keep clients with us. Our clients are busy business owners, not marketers. They want to know whether the phone is ringing, and they want a straight answer. You’ll have an established process, documented standards, and a team of specialists in SEO, ads, web, and social. Your job: make sure their work lines up with each client’s goals, explain results clearly, and turn at-risk accounts into long-term partners. You’ll work with: SEO, Ads, and Web specialists, and leadership on retention and growth. What You’ll Do Client Relationship - Be the main point of contact for your assigned clients - Lead monthly performance meetings in plain language - Prepare reports that connect our work to calls, leads, and revenue Account Oversight - Review and proofread specialist work before it reaches the client - Guide specialists on technical SEO and oversee audit implementation - Find and fix account issues before they affect performance Day-to-Day Support - Respond quickly to client requests and concerns - Bring in specialists when needed Retention and Growth - Spot chances to grow accounts and recommend services that fit - Step in to calm down and resolve issues between clients and the agency ## What We’re Looking For - **Agency account management:** You’ve managed a book of digital marketing clients and can show how you kept and grew them. - **Strong SEO knowledge:** You can tell good work from bad and explain the difference to a client. - **Clear communication:** You can explain a drop in ranking to a plumber in two sentences. - **Confidence in hard conversations:** You deliver bad news honestly and steer toward solutions. - **Organization:** You keep many accounts moving without letting anything slip. - **Ownership:** You don’t wait to be told when an account is at risk. - **Commercial instincts:** You notice when a client is ready for more, or about to leave. - **Playbook discipline:** You bring good ideas and follow our standards consistently. - **Tools:** ClickUp, Slack, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile. ## Nice to Have - Experience with home services clients (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) - Familiarity with Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and call tracking - Experience presenting to business owners rather than marketing teams - Experience with CRMs and lead attribution ## Compensation and Benefits - Fully remote: work from anywhere - Direct access to leadership, with no layers of middle management ## **How To Apply** Please email: [candidates@pmnow.biz](mailto:candidates@pmnow.biz) with subject line “Account Manager - \[Your Name\]’. **Include:** 1.
